I am a Harvard and Yale-educated behavioral scientist and an expert in applying academic insights into actionable solutions to facilitate better decision-making and behavior change at the individual, organizational, and policy level. I also have experience teaching at Harvard and Columbia Business School.

In addition to conducting my own research, I gives talks and workshops to policymakers and organizational leaders around the world. As an expert consultant, I help government agencies, nonprofits and large commercial organizations leverage findings from behavioral science to help employees, clients, and end-users overcome the "intention-action gap." I also have a regular column Success by Design published by Psychology Today.
